2024: welcoming TCC Health 2.0

We are proud to have worked consistently with a group of outstanding clients over the last decade to unlock innovation in healthcare.

Successes have included the global roll-out of in-clinic digital PRO tools, re-designing outpatient services to put digital patient centricity at the core, and creating new operational frameworks that support global-to-local innovation implementation. 2023 was a turning point for us as we saw the need within the global pharmaceutical industry for innovation support grow exponentially. Specifically, our industry colleagues were looking for end-to-end support, from strategy to implementation.

We are proud that TCC Health is built from experience, not a textbook, and we know we are best placed to help clients unlock innovation. With this in mind, 2023 was a scale-up year for TCC. As the first quarter of 2024 is well underway, we can report that we are ready to help twice as many clients across the innovation journey. We are pleased to announce the following:

Industry veterans join TCC Health’s Board

An important component of our scale-up efforts is our Board of advisors and a significant development at the start of 2024 was the appointment of Fred Bassett and Martin Brass to our Board. Fred and Martin have worked together successfully for decades and most recently built and exited Blue Latitude Health – a leading consultancy in strategy and translation for the pharmaceutical sector. They each bring unique and complementary skills that are shaping TCC Health’s journey; their partnership brings a blend of heavy-hitting experience in pharmaceutical strategy and consultancy operations. We welcome them onboard!

TCC Health calls for Design+ Thinking

Innovation is challenging – as anyone who has worked in this space knows. Over the years, many management theories and fads have emerged with the promise of resolving the challenges and helping innovation leap the chasm. Many of these approaches were not fit for purpose to begin with. Those that were are becoming less relevant over time. Understanding the context that innovation is trying to inhabit is vital, and it is through this understanding that appropriate strategic and implementation approaches can be developed. We refer to it as “Design+ thinking” and will be outlining our perspective in an original paper in the coming months. Watch this space!
