An unmet need to bring PROs out of the realms of clinical trials and into clinical practice was required in this therapy area and clinical stakeholders identified that a standardised and scalable digital solution could unlock innovation. The challenge was to enable this internationally.
Bottom-Up and Top-Down strategy
TCC Health developed a digital solution purposefully designed to help clinicians integrate PROs into routine care, with the aim of delivering improved patient experience and outcomes.
Our first step was to work closely with our client to understand the different geographical and cultural contexts across the markets of the Global organisation.
There were also country-specific regulatory and implementation complexities to factor in. Our analysis informed the innovation itself, as well as the mechanisms and methods for affiliates to launch it locally.
By mapping and categorising potential issues by market, we were able to offer practical guidance on implementation in different counties to overcome local barriers.
